美國截獲13噸來自中國的人類頭髮製品

【大紀元2020年07月01日訊】（大紀元記者徐簡綜合報導）近日，美國新澤西州的海關查獲了大量中國來的、人類頭髮製造的產品，美國政府正在分析和確認貨源，目前懷疑這是監獄生產的奴工產品。

福克斯7月1日報導，新澤西州紐瓦克市的聯邦海關官員查獲了13噸貨物中的一部分，包括大量人類頭髮製作的假髮、接髮等。美國海關和邊境保護局（CBP）已經對這批頭髮產品下達暫扣令。

這批貨物的價值超過80萬美元，是6月17日從中國大陸發往美國港口的訂單的一部分。CBP聲明指，這是由中國新疆洛浦縣美馨髮製品有限公司（Meixin Hair Product Co. Ltd.，音譯）生產的頭髮產品。

一位美國官員說：「基於合理的依據，表明這是監獄奴工生產的產品。」

美國國家安全委員會發言人約翰‧烏利奧特（John Ullyot）說，「如果這個可疑的、重達13噸的人類頭髮確實與維吾爾族集中營有關，那麼這是道德新低（的行為），共產黨必須向國際社會解釋。」

《自由亞洲電台》報導，一些來自中國的頭髮製品竟然來自「被關押者」，據悉有人一進集中營就被剃光了頭髮，更有些人被強迫在假髮工廠進行無償勞動。

文章引用一位巴基斯坦商人阿米爾（Amir）的話說，他原本和毛髮製品廠商做生意，而有朋友指「這些毛髮的來源就是來自『集中營』」，「不少被關押者一進去集中營頭髮就被剃光，頭髮就被廠商取走了。」

頭髮製品工廠跟「再教育營」地址相同

今年5月，美國也扣押了另一家新疆的和田浩林髮飾品有限公司（Hetian Haolin Hair Accessories Co. Ltd.，音譯）的產品。

這個浩林公司的註冊地址「恰好」就是當地關押維吾爾人的所謂「再教育營」地址，該公司成立於2月初，也「恰好」跟「再教育營」大肆擴張的時間相同。因此CBP懷疑，這些髮製品為奴工產品。

據國內媒體報導，這個浩林公司發展迅猛，在開工的第二個月，就實現了「1.6萬條產品出口，總價值達9萬美金」，截止當年的11月，就開設了36個鄉村衛星工廠，並且「公司可完成14個貨櫃訂單，出口總額達1436萬美金。」

按照維吾爾族的傳統，婦女一般都蓄長髮，當地也沒有出售真髮的習慣，這不禁令人懷疑，那些頭髮可能來自「再教育營」裡面的被監禁者。至少10名維族女性提到，她們進入再教育營後就被立即剃頭，但不知道頭髮去了哪裡。

近年新疆當地毛髮製作工業蓬勃發展，從2009到2019年，毛髮製品的產值增長將近十倍。目前中國是世界上最大的毛髮製品出口國，全球供應量超過80%。
