法《解放报》：习近平向个人崇拜再迈出一步

申请新版记者证，中国记者必须通过习思想考试，这是法国《解放报》20日下午刊出的一篇文章。文章开头表示，在法国很难想象要求记者必须融会贯通总统马克龙的讲话，但在中国就不一样了。《解放报》援引《南华早报》刊出的消息报道说，不论是在电台、电视台还是在通讯社或其他官方媒体工作的中国记者，都必须通过“学习强国”平台手机用户端的培训考试，通过后才能申领新版记者证。法国记者表示，这一决定标志着习近平的个人崇拜又向前迈出一步。

所谓的“学习强国”是由中共中央宣传部主管、以中共总书记习近平的讲话和“习思想”为主要内容的“理论学习平台”，包括网站和手机App，今年1月初上线。“学习强国”应用程序的创建者为阿里巴巴。安装“学习强国”，需要向该APP授予包括真实姓名、位置等多达19项具隐私性质的权限，如同移动监控设备。

考试内容包括“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想”、“习近平总书记关于宣传思想工作的重要讲话”、马克思主义新闻观、新闻伦理与政策法规以及新闻采编业务。

9月底会有一批试点单位进行“试点考试”，而正式考试有可能定于10月上旬，采取闭卷方式；考试不合格的，另行安排考试，只能补考一次。

法国记者表示，此种方法是在测试中国记者对国家主席习近平的忠诚度。《解放报》记者还表示，软件“学习强国”的宣传平台命名很特别。你可以理解为“努力学习让国家强大”；但也可以理解为认真学“习思想”才可强国。

法国记者表示，北京当局一度要求9千万党员必须下载“学习强国”应用程序来学习“习思想”，并提出学习积分制。手机下载量达到4千400万，而且要求总编和新闻工作者在空余时间学习。而考核的制度逼着中国记者不得不展开竞赛，争得高分数。

法国记者最后表示，这一决定标志着习近平个人崇拜又向前迈出一步，中国共产党的目的是达到全面控制。

中国国家主席习近平2016年2月19日在北京主持召开党的新闻舆论工作座谈会讲话中曾指出，党和政府主办的媒体是党和政府的宣传阵地，必须姓党。法国记者表示，那些不认真学习“习思想”的记者要付出沉重的代价，因为补考不及格，将失去获得新版记者证的资格。
