陈思敏：李文亮“遗言”透死因 中共不容人民讲真话

率先预警武汉疫情（新型冠状病毒肺炎）的“吹哨人”──武汉市中心医院眼科医生李文亮于2月6日晚间病危，7日凌晨不治，年仅34岁，而“确诊书”与“训诫书”则是他短暂人生最后两笔记录。

李文亮人生最后两笔纪录之一是“武汉肺炎确诊书”：1月8日李文亮在接诊过程中被感染。1月10日李文亮开始咳嗽随后病情加重。1月30日李文亮核酸检测结果阳性。2月1日李文亮微博公布其确诊的消息，然而在他发文后其微博账号就随即被删除。

李文亮人生最后两笔纪录之二是“武汉警方训诫书”：其中2个问答如下（1）公安机关希望你积极配合工作，听从警察的规劝，至此中止违法行为。你能做到吗？在答案栏，李文亮写下“能”并按手印。（2）我们希望你冷静下来好好反思，并郑重告诫你：如果你固执己见，不思悔改，继续进行违法活动，你将会受到法律的制裁！你听明白了吗？在答案栏，李文亮写下“明白”并按手印。

李文亮生前最后38天重点回顾：2019年12月30日，他率先在微信群里提醒疑似SARS确诊7例（先后发出的信息还强调：这是冠状病毒，具体还在分型），立即引起外界高度重视。同一天，武汉市卫健委印发的《关于做好不明原因肺炎救治工作的紧急通知》也在网络上流传。12月31日凌晨一点半，武汉卫健委连夜开会，李文亮被医院领导叫去问话。1月1日武汉警方第一次通报称8名“造谣者”被处理。1月2日央视新闻全国放送“武汉发现不明原因肺炎，8名散播谣言者被查处”。1月3日李文亮被叫去派出所签下“训诫书”（训诫书第二个落款时间2019年系笔误应为2020年，可见李当时心理压力有多大）。

李文亮还是第一时间（1月8日，早于钟南山12天）就指出新冠病毒明显存在“人传人”。

但是“告知公众的被训诫，上报的获记大功”。在李文亮去世这一天，湖北省人社厅、卫健委给予疫情“上报第一人”张继先（湖北中西医结合医院医生）记大功奖励。官方指张继先最早发现新冠病毒疫情，并于2019年12月27日上报。湖北当局既于2019年12月27日获报，却迟迟不公诸于众，更不见张继先挺身而出为同僚李文亮说句公道话。

如今中共最高法发布“依法严惩抗拒疫情防控措施者”，黑龙江最高法也称“恶意传播病毒最高可判死刑”。那么前期隐匿消息致病毒迅速蔓延、疫情失控的主要责任人武汉市委市府、湖北省委省府该当何罪？疫情兹事体大又有2003年非典惨痛教训记忆犹新，央视身为国家级媒体查证易如反掌却不去核实该当何罪？能让李文亮上央视新闻的这只手是谁又该当何罪？

现在如众官员所愿，李文亮明白了，不再违法活动了，不再说遥遥领先的预言了。据称，李文亮的父母、妻子都感染了武汉肺炎，李文亮的妻子怀孕八个月了，也正在用最后的手段治疗。

这一场疫情让原本好好的新年节日，从今以后变成很多人的忌日，包括李文亮的。这些因官方隐匿疫情而枉死的民众，遗体被就地火化，没有一个像样的葬礼。他们临终前都没有得到官方一声道歉，网上也只能“蜡烛泪惜”才能避开审查，若是“好人把命丢了，还会有人做好人吗”、“难的是讲真话和听真话”之类留言就被禁。

一个热门的评论说：中国需要上千万个李文亮，才能有更安全的公共卫生环境。其实层出不穷的事件已经证明，只要中共体制还在，有多少敢说真话的“李文亮们”，就会有多少被封杀。

《九评》指出：中共的一大邪恶基因就是欺骗和谎言。中共根本容不下说真话的人。因此人们关心的是，还在为中共这个冷血、傲慢、造假的政权继续卖命护短的个别人，扪心自问是否助纣为虐。

转自一条微博所言：我在某个角度是喜欢这次病毒事件的，因为平时的隐狼都变成大尾巴狼了，……。以及我终于看清了我在这场大型狼人杀中的角色了。

李明亮生前于1月30日实名接受了国内媒体财新网记者采访：既然不认为是造谣，那你想过以后会不会走司法途径来要个说法？

李文亮彼时回答此时成为遗言：“健康的社会不该只有一种声音”，“大家知道真相更重要，平反对我而言不那么重要了”。

真相比平反重要。而且，封杀言论、掩盖真相的凶手中共也没有任何资格来为其所害的人民进行平反。
